Apply the first strip to a clean, dry face. Remove after 15 to 20 minutes.
Wet the skin on and around your nose and remove the transparent film from the second strip with dry hands.
Place the strip over your nose, smoothing it out to increase contact and eliminate air bubbles.
Let it sit until the nasal compress is completely dry (usually about 10 to 15 minutes) and then slowly remove the strip starting from the outer edges.
Remove the transparent film from the third strip and place it on the treated area of the nose. Remove the strip after 5 to 10 minutes and gently pat the excess product to absorb better.
