1. Start with clean, dry lips, if necessary, exfoliate lips first to remove any dry skin.
2. Apply one or two coats and leave for 30 seconds to one minute. Make sure the coat is thick and even for best results.
3. Peel off or wipe off to reveal all-day lip color.
