It is a shadow with a matte finish, long-lasting and waterproof.
It has a highly pigmented and very creamy formula that blends easily.
Ideal as a primer to prolong the duration of the shadow or use alone without creasing or being pasty.
Apply with flat, firm brushes for the best colour, and use softer brushes for blending. Use small angled brushes to line the eyes.
