Apply sunscreen generously to your skin before sun exposure. For adequate sun protection on your face and neck, it is recommended to apply approximately 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) of sunscreen.
Repeat application every 2 hours or after sweating or swimming

Avoid sun exposure during peak hours, from 12pm to 4pm.
