The Claresa semi-permanent Top Shine is a top coat for manicure drying in a UV / LED lamp, which provides an extraordinary shine to the manicure.

This enamel also improves the durability and resistance of the enamel and does not yellow with the passage of days or with the incidence of any type of light.

It leaves a sticky layer (dispersion layer), so it is perfect to apply a mirror effect powder on it or to transfer foils.
