How much to use? Start with these standard rules and then gradually adapt the dose to your hair:
- Fine or short hair: 2-3 drops
- Normal, wavy or medium length hair: 3-4 drops
- Curly, thick or very damaged hair: 4-6 drops

- SCALP TREATMENT: With dry hair, apply a few drops to the palm of your hand and massage into the roots in a circular motion. Leave on for 20-30 minutes before washing.
- NIGHT TREATMENT: Apply to dry hair from root to tip and massage gently. Leave as a mask overnight and wash off the next day.
- TREATMENT BEFORE WASHING OR PRE-POO: Apply from root to tip and wrap with a hot towel to enhance its result. Wash your hair afterwards.
